According to the estate agent's Prime Global Rental Index, a typical two bedroom apartment in New York's Manhattan comes in around $8,000-$8,500 per month. Meanwhile, the wealthy would be expected to stump up around $6,500-$8,000 on average per month in central London and between $6,000 and $7,000 in Moscow. There is a option to booking an apartment for a day in Russian capital with InnDays Apartments (http://en.inndays.ru/) company. The owner of Moscow’s most expensive apartment wants to lease it out for 1.8 million rubles (nearly $58,000) a month, according to new research. The six-room apartment with an area of 293 square meters is located on Butikovsky Pereulok in Moscow’s posh Khamovniki district south of Park Kultury subway station, and it’s the most expensive offering of the month, RIA Novosti reported, citing a study by the Mir Kvartir real estate site. By comparison, $58,000 would be enough to rent 36 elite apartments in the city of Kursk, where the highest rent is just 50,000 rubles (less than $1,600) a month. In comparison, one-room apartment in Krasnodar or a two-room apartment in Novokuznetsk goes for around 1.8 million rubles.
